In its judgement of May 12th, 1998 - 312 O 85/98 - "Liability for Links" the district court Hamburg decided, declared that providing a link can result in the person who uses it possibly sharing responsibility of the contents of the linked sites to which he/she is linked to. This may only be avoided by expressively dissociating form these contents.

Thus, the CySa-Pak GmbH dissociates from all contents of all linked sites and thus declares the contents of such are not its own.
